Great for newcomers, this event focuses on activities that might have occurred in a small medieval town on tournament day. Townspeople and visitors share the sights, sounds and smells during a typical day. It costs nothing to look, aka, there is no admission fee.

Admission: $0       Feast: $7/person, max feast = 80*

Come and behold the wonders of the tournament day! Need help with what to wear? We can help!

*As customary for this event, feasts spots may be sponsored for newcomers so they can fully enjoy the day. Sponsors are welcome to pay for one more feast spot than they need to contribute.

Artisans, Activities & Court

Many artisans teach their craft; many sell their creations. Here is the chance to step back to a simpler time when hands did most of the skilled work. This is your chance to watch, ask questions, learn and explore the current Middle Ages.

Artisans

Visit the local artisans for a sampling of medieval workmanship. These artists enjoy learning more about their craft as well as teaching it to others. Some hands-on workshops will be held.

There will be a Fiber Solar.

Activities

Watch the tournaments. Meet the artisans. Try a dance or two. There is much to see and do!

Court

The Baronage of Sacred Stone will conduct court at 5 p.m., following all the tournaments. All visiting dignitaries are asked to confirm their attendance in advance, if possible.
